- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- Refusal of Service:
- VGraple reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at its discretion.
- In the event of service refusal or cancellation by VGraple, a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the service may be considered, but this is solely at the discretion of VGraple.
- Change of Scope:
- Any changes to the scope of a project or service may result in additional charges.
- VGraple will communicate any potential additional costs to the client before implementing the changes.
- Force Majeure:
- VGraple is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, power failures, or other disasters.
- Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of services.
- Failure to provide required information or cooperation may result in delays or cancellation of the service without a refund.
- Contact Information:
- Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date with VGraple.
- VGraple is not responsible for any communication issues arising from outdated or inaccurate client contact information.
